About the event

Feeling nervous, uncertain, or worried is a normal part of growing up. This week we'll talk about what worry feels like, practice naming emotions, and explore healthy ways to ask for help and express our feelings.

Featured Book: The Wolf with Worries

Wolf carries many worries by himself until he learns the importance of sharing what he's feeling. This reassuring story gives children language for anxiety and reminds them they don't have to carry their worries alone.

Activity: Worry Monster Puppets
